INTRODUCTION

This product is suitable for thedirect and branch connection of outdoor  optical  cables  in  aerial,pipeline  environments,etc.  With high mechanical strength and sealing performance,anti-  corrosion,and    excellent    weather    resistance.Reasonable  structural layout,can be opened repeatedly.Simple and  fast  construction for operation.


FEATURES

Adopt  high-quality  engineering  plastic  injection  molding technology,add  anti  ultraviolet  and  anti-aging  additives, with high mechanical strength;

Single-ended design,easy to install overhead or on pole.The dome can be quickly opened for maintenance and repair,no special tools required;

Dome-to-base and cable entryports are sealed with silicone rubberring,good air tightness;

With lightning protection,valve for optional.


TECHNICAL PARAMETER

* Working temperature:-20℃~+65°℃.

* Atmospheric  pressure:70~106Kpa.

* Axial    tension:>1000N/1    minute.

* Flattening:40±5kpa  inner  air  pressure,Transverse  uniform pressure:2000N/100mm.Periodz     1min.After     thetest,the joint box should be free from air leakage,deformation,and damage

* Impact:Withstand a 1.6kg steel ball drops from lm height for three times.

* Bending:The joint  places  between  the  closure  and  optical cable should be able to withstand 10 cycles of bending under  150N bending tension in±45°angle.

* Twisting:The  optical  cable  joint  box   should  be  able  to withstand the optic cable be twisted by atorque of≥50N·min ±90°angle for 10 times.

* Tensile  resistance:withstand  >2000N/10cm²pressure  for   1 min.

* Vibration:Test the joint box under vibration Frequency:10Hz, amplitude:±3  mm,vibration   frequency   10⁶,the  additional loss shall not exceed 0.2dB

* Fiber curvature radius>30mm,additional attenuation of fiber ≤0.01dB.
