Refund&Return Policy 



1. Contact us at info@surfiber.com with your order number, image of defect (if applicable) and reasone reason for return or exchange.

2. A surfiber representative will provide a RMA number and return label.

3. Once you have received a RMA number, please contact us to get the address to ship back the package

 

NOTE:

Returns must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and follow Surfiber’s return instructions. To receive a RMA and get the return instructions, please email to info@surfiber.com

 

Return within 30-DAY

Surfiber offers a 30 days no reason to return, please make sure  the products is in new or like-new condition with its original trademark, manual and accessories that were included when delivered.

 

Return of working products after 30-days and within warranty period

30 days to 3 years, the items can not be returned, can be exchanged and repair.

Goods can not be returned or replaced after 3 years.

Return for repair/replacement within warranty period

Fewer than 0.5% of all Surfiber shipped products are subject to any working or quality issue. However, in the unlikely event of defectiveness or malfunction within warranty period, customers needs to contact Surfiber sales info@surfiber.com first, our technical support team will discuss with you about the issue before going with the return.


Receive your refund:

surfiber will refund your money in 15 days after get the return goods or item exchange.
