  This operation manual provides users with the necessary information machine operation steps for the SUR-450X automatic cable cutter.

Chapter one   

1.1：Safe Use

   1. Do not subject the cable cutter to improper vibration and unnecessary impact.

     2, do not touch the operation button or switch with wet hands

     3, should ensure that the cable power supply uses the correct voltage and frequency

     4, do not touch the rotating parts during use

   5. When disassembling the cable shaft or other components, be sure to cut off the power supply.

1.2：Preparation

     1，Carefully check that the parts of the machine are complete and in good condition. Assemble the cable cutter according to the following picture        

1.3：Connection

 

   1. Connect  220VAC/50-60Hz

   2. Connect Pressure  4-6KG

   3. Adjust the cable pressure to 4KG

1.4：Cable placement

   1n the function interface, click the cable loading interface, press the “manual pressure Iline” to lift the pressure roller, pass the cable through the cable guide hole, then wind the upper and lower buffer wheel clockwise, and the last turn from the lower tension wheel in the counterclockwise direction. Wind around the upper tension pulley and feed the cable under the working shaft of the cable cutter main unit. Highlighting about 10CM in the cable box.

Chapter Three  Operation

 3.1：Power

1. After the power supply is connected and the optical cable is placed correctly (see 1.4), the machine automatically enters the automatic detection and detection state. After 10 seconds, the self-test is completed, and the selected language will automatically enter the operation interface as shown following:

3.2：Number of cables, length setting

1.Through the operation interface of the above figure, click to enter the system interface to set the parameters of the length and quantity of the cable cutting machine in the automatic state. After the parameters are set, you can click the start button to start the cable cutting.              

 2.Through the operation interface of the above figure, click the function interface to enter the function interface shown in the figure below.

Note：

  1. Manual interface pointer for manual cable cutting of cables with a small number of lengths and different lengths

  2. The delay interface refers to the time when the cable cutting device is cut after each knife is cut.

  3. Cable installation interface see 1.4

  4. Speed interface refers to cable entry speed; it is recommended to adjust the speed to 80%  

  5. Receipt/intermediate stop refers to the need to use the intermediate stop when cutting the length of the pigtail or  when the intermediate count is needed for the pigtail.

  6. Length correction corrects for cable length

3.3：Speed adjustment of the cable tray

1.According to the required speed, adjust the scale indicated by the knob, and then press the start button, the cable cutter will enter the running state; at this time, the cable pulley rotates to receive the cable. If the speed of the cable tray is too fast or too slow, please adjust The two governors in the figure below are used to synchronize the cable collection.

Extended function: When a single disk operation is required, when the single disk operation is required, the A disk or the B disk can be turned off. When using the single disk operation, the single disk interval needs to be setted.

Chapter 4   Cable maintenance and maintenance  

In order to keep the cable cutter in normal working condition, the following maintenance procedures should be carried out after each use of the machine.   

1. After each cable is completed, or if you want to stop the cable for a period of time, all the cables on the
machine should be thoroughly cleaned

2. If the machine will not be used for a long time, the total power of the cable cutter should be turned off, the air source should be cut off, and the relevant parts should be covered with protective oil.
