Application:

One of our IN-line closure. This product is used for the straight- through and branching splice of the fiber cable, also protect the joint connection. 


 Feature:

1. All functional indicators are in line with the national

YD814.1-2013 standard for distribution box;

2. 7 cable holes (6 round and 1 oval), the big oval port is used for dig

and pick;

3. Stacked structure splice tray and independent insulation grounding

device make it flexible, convenient and safe for the optical fiber core

configuratio, expansion and the cable grounding;

4. Good sealing performance, simple installation, and wide application

range;

5. Mounted overhead, on the wall/ pole or underground.

Installation procedure:

1. Open the holeSaw the cable entry and exit ports as needed.

2. Clean the cable, strip the cable sheath, clean the filing, cut the cable reinforced core at 75mm distance from the sheath cut, put on the shrinkable tube as shown below.

3.After cables enter the box, lock them with hose clamp, insert the reinforcing core into the fixing hole, tighten the screw, cut off the excess part.

4. After the stripped optical cable enters into the splice tray, bound and fix it at the entrance of the tray. Splice and connect the corresponding optical fibers, clamp the joint in the slot and make sure it will not get loosen, and coil the remaining optical fiber in the disk. and then buckle the transparent cover with the splice tray.

5. Wrap the junction of the optical cable and the heat shrinkable tube with tin foil to avoid damage to the optical cable due to excessive temperature.


6. Use a spray lamp to heat, and stop heating after the heat shrinkable tube is fully attached to the optical port, and let it cool naturally (note: when heating the oval port, the heat shrinkable tube should be isolated by a branch card).


7. Install the sealing rubber ring, and use the special plastic hoop to lock the base and cover.


8. Choose the installation mode according to the need. Pole installation or Wall installation?
