3-Minute Guide to Invisible Fiber Optic Installation – Hide Gigabit Speeds in Your Walls!
If a room in your renovated home lacks network cabling, running wires from the living room can be unsightly. Invisible optical fiber is the perfect solution! Learn to install it in just three minutes.
Materials Needed:
1. Indoor Invisible Transparent Patch Cord
2. Fiber Optic Media Converter

3. SUR191 Visual Fault Locator

4. handheld hot melt glue gun

Installation Steps:
1. Route Planning : Use a SUR191 Visual Fault Locator to test the fiber while routing it along corners, door frames, or curtain boxes (avoiding power sources!). Keep the fiber high rather than low to minimize exposure. The light test helps detect any leakage or loss.
2. Attach the Cable Trunking : Use a hot melt glue gun or 3M adhesive to secure the trunking, applying adhesive every 30 cm. Use corner fittings for turns.
