Product Introduction

Test machine

1. Fix the press on the workbench, and then install the mold to be used.

2. Connect the air source and turn on the push-pull switch on the two connecting pieces of the press to adjust the matching position of the mold. (When adjusting, you can use the manual adjustment button on the press solenoid valve).

3. Plug in the AC power supply AC220V, the power plug automatically transforms into DC 24V, enter the control box, and adjust the "pressure adjustment" of the pressure reducing valve connected to the trial pressure (below 5kg). At this time, the upper die of the press will rise to the top dead center (this design is mainly for the safety of staff).

4. Turn on the power switch of the control box and press the manual switch to see the power indicator light and the counter light on. Press the foot switch to lower the upper mold. When the cylinder is completely lowered, you can know the approximate stroke of the fine adjustment, and then adjust the stroke. After several rounds, you can adjust the upper and lower molds to match the position.

5. The next step is to place the workpiece on the mold for pressure test. If the pressure is too small, adjust the pressure reducing valve on the two-piece joint (clockwise to increase the pressure and counterclockwise to decrease the pressure) until the pressure is adjusted , And then press down the adjustment part on the pressure reducing valve (to lock it).

 

Stroke adjustment

Loosen the two locking screws behind the upper plate of the column and tighten the middle screw until the upper support plate can turn. Then turn the handwheel, the up and down stroke can be adjusted arbitrarily.

 

Pressure regulation

Pull the upper end of the pressure regulator upward slightly, and press clockwise to increase the pressure, and clockwise to the contrary, adjust until the pressure is satisfactory, and lock it to avoid pressure changes. The operation is simple and convenient.

 

Emergency stop

Careful operation is required in the work. In case of unexpected situations, turn off the power switch to quickly raise the crimp upper mold.

 

Attention

When the press is not operated for a long time, it is recommended to turn off the power.
